Butyl rubber sealant tape is an environmentally friendly solvent-free sealing adhesive material produced through special complex processes by blending butyl rubber with main raw materials such as polyisobutene,using a special production formula,the latest patented technology and high-quality special polymer materials.
Here we must cite the high-temperature sintering in autoclave. In lots of high-tech field, the hot press tank process is a key link in the manufacturing of composite material components.First the carbon prepreg is placed on the mold,sealed by sealant tape in a vacuum bag and then placed in a hot press tank under high-temperature and high-pressure curing molding.Generally the temperature is from 120ºC-220ºC.Epoxy resin curing Temp.:120ºC-180ºC;BMI curing Temp.:180ºC-220ºC;Phenolic resin curing Temp.:120ºC-150ºC;
