HDPE(high density polyethylene) isolation protection film is a kind of protection film generally used for carbon fiber prepreg,fiberglass prepreg.It is manufacturing through complex processes from raw material compounding,film extrusion,surface trimming,deburring and wrapping.

High density polyethylene (HDPE) is granular products. Non-toxic,odorless,crystallinity of 80% ~ 90%,softening point of 125 ~ 135ºC, the use of temperature up to 100 ºC; hardness, tensile strength and creep is better than low-density polyethylene;Abrasion resistance, electrical insulation,toughness and cold resistance is better;Chemical stability is good,at room temperature,insoluble in any organic solvents,resistant to acid,alkali and a variety of salts of corrosion;The permeability of the film is very small for water vapor and air,and the water absorption is low.
