Product Description

Brake lining stone fluff wool fiber/Rock wool fiber for brake disc is kind of inorganic fiber made of basalt as main material,been melted at 1100 ºC high temperature by furnace, through techniques like spinning blowing legislation, winnowing Cleaner, organic coupling,surface treatment and high-speed cutting. This fiber has  properties of light weight, low thermal conductivity, good sound absorption, non-flammable, chemical stability. Fiber designed formula is based on friction coefficient, wear rate, impact strength and heat requirements.It is a new environment friendly and non-asbestos reinforced materials, mainly used for production of brake discs, brake pads,brake drum sheet.
