Fireproofing Paint Organic Fiber/Water-based Coatings Aluminosilicate

Aluminium Silicate fiber was made of high-quality ore,under high temperature melting by molybdenum wire furnace,through  techniques like spinning blowing legislation,winnowing cleaner,high-speed cutting,specially for the fire retardant coating which requires high whiteness,high temperature resistance,acid and alkali resistance,climate change resistance,water boiling resistance,etc.It can improve hardness and scratch-resistance of sand grain powder and low gloss powder coating,can't affect the leveling,gloss and color.Adding dosage is 2%-10%, also can be increased percentage according to product requirements,the ratio is higher the coating layer is stronger.

APPLICATIONS:
1. Fillers for glass, pottery, pigments and paints;
2. It is an ideal substitute for titanium dioxide and high-quality kaolin in coatings. It is widely used in paints, leathers, printing and dyeing, printing inks, paper making, plastics, rubber, etc. with pigments;
3.Used to make high temperature fireproof sound insulation cotton, board, tube, seam felt, fireproof heat insulation cloth, high temperature resistant paper, fireproof heat insulation rope, belt, fireproof heat insulation needle blanket (with spinning, blowing), brick , Inorganic fire-resistant decorative board. Inorganic fireproof roller shutter, etc .;
4. Used as a filler for adhesives and sealants, can improve hardness, whiteness, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, storage stability.

STORAGE:
The Aluminium Silicate fiber should be keep dry in their original bags and stored in a suitable place,preferably at room temperature with 35-65% relative humidity.Avoid the sun, rain and fire.
