190g/m2 carbon red para aramid fiber hybrid fabrics was woven with high strength & modulus 3k carbon fiber and 1500D para aramid fiber.Carbon fiber is high strength reinforcing material and para aramid filament is a new bulletproof material its strength up to 24 g/D or more,comparing with steel fiber,the strength is 5-6 times,modulus 2-3 times,toughness 2 times,while the weight is just 1/5.Continuous use temperature range is extremely wide,long run in the range of -196 ºC to 204 ºC.Does not decompose at high temperature of 500 ºC,it does not melt,undergo 100 hours at 200 ºC, strength can still maintain 75% of the original.While .So the hybrid fabrics has properties like resistance to chemical solvents and acid,anti-aging,flame retardant,abrasion resistance,good adhesion to rubber,etc.It is suitable as a reinforcing fabrics for personal protection,bulletproof products,friction and sealing products,composite material,high-temperature composite structures,bullet-proof armor,bullet-proof panels,bulletproof shield,bulletproof helmets,body armor,bulletproof vests,and so on.
