Breath layer cloth is made by loosening and mixing polyester fibers and nylon fibers in a certain proportion,and then needle punching them.The higher the proportion of nylon fibers,the better the temperature resistance of the breathable felt.This breathable blanket has a clean and pollution-free surface, excellent breathability and adhesion,good stability at high temperatures. Breath layer cloth is an essential auxiliary material for traditional wet vacuum forming processes and high-temperature forming processes in vacuum hot pressing tanks.The main function is to remove bubbles and absorb excess resin and volatile substances in the wet vacuum process,absorb excess molten resin and volatiles during the high-temperature furnace sintering process.This breathable fabric is widely used in composite material forming processes such as aerospace,shipbuilding,wind powder,automobile industry.
