12K 200g Carbon Fiber Spread Tow Plain Fabric
Carbon fiber spread tow fabric is a high-performance composite material substrate made through advanced spread tow technology,by unfolding and rolling traditional 12K carbon fiber bundles into ultra-thin and uniform fiber layer,the mechanical properties and surface flatness of the material are greatly improved.
Compared to traditional carbon fiber woven fabrics,spread tow carbon fiber fabric has lighter weight,higher strength/modulus ratio,lower resin absorption rate and achieve almost zero wrinkle layering effect,making them an ideal choice for lightweight applications such as aerospace,new energy vehicles and high-end sports equipment.
It is one beautiful new material,it has the obvious advantage of high tensile strength,abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance,and high temperature resistance.It can composite with epoxy,unsaturated polyester and phenolic resin.
